(The Daily Campus) (UWIRE) TAMPA, Fla. -- Friday's UConn-San Diego game will feature two coaches who have their respective programs in very different positions.

UConn head coach Jim Calhoun has long established his Huskies as a national power through his 22 seasons. In his first season at San Diego, Bill Grier has the Toreros in the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2003, but they are far from UConn's level.
