Committee on House Science and Technology Subcommittee on Space and Aeronautics
April 24, 2008 Chairman Udall, Ranking Member Feeney and members of the
subcommittee, thank you for inviting me to testify on a subject that I
feel is very important to our nation. As you will see, I believe there
is tremendous potential for the International Space Station (ISS), as a
National Laboratory, to be utilized for high- value research and development
