Services Committee on House Transportation and Infrastructure Subcommittee
on Highways and Transit April 24, 2008 Northwest Container Services, a
division of Waste Connections, Inc. (NWCS), is pleased to submit the following
written testimony to the House Transportation Subcommittee on Highways,
