Nanjing Chixia Development Share Placement Gets Approval

NANJING, Apr 28, 2008 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Nanjing-headquartered real estate developer Nanjing Chixia Development Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 600533) said in a latest announcement that its plan of adding 120 million Chinese yuan-denominated A shares had been approved by the regulators.

It plans to raise CNY 3.3 billion through the additional share offering. The money will fund the company's property development, said a Chixia Development executive, adding that it is considering the purchase of high-end land plots after its properties yield cash.
