(D-Calif.) today announced her plans to introduce an amendment to the Intelligence
Authorization Act that would require the CIA to follow the Army Field Manual's
rules on interrogations. Senator Feinstein will seek to add the amendment
today during a markup of the intelligence bill at U.S. Senate Select Committee
