(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP) CRAIG WATKINS, DALLAS COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY: Mr. Woodard, we`d like to apologize to you.

SCOTT PELLEY, CBS CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): Dallas County District Attorney Craig Watkins is doing a lot of apologizing to men imprisoned for crimes they did not commit.

BILLY SMITH, EXONERATED: They said justice is blind. That`s because someone turned their head.

PELLEY: They were brought to trial by prosecutors working for the legendary Texas law man Henry Wade. Now it seems the prosecutor`s record was too good to be true.
