Golf: Ochoa worthy successor to Sorenstam, Webb says

CLIFTON, New Jersey, May 14, 2008 AFP-AAP - Annika Sorenstam's retirement will leave
a big void in women's golf, but not for long, predicts her great career rival Karrie Webb,
who was not surprised by the Swede's decision.

Australia's former world No.1 Webb, who contested top billing with Sorenstam in the
1990s and into the early part of this decade, said current world No.1 Lorena Ochoa and
other rising young stars would keep the women's game interesting.

Sorenstam, 37, yesterday announced her decision to retire from competitive golf at
the end of 2008.
