Development Committee on House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Asia, the
Pacific, and the Global Environment May 20, 2008 Thank you Mr. Chairman
and Members of the subcommittee for the opportunity to appear before you
today to discuss the humanitarian emergency in Burma. I want to begin by
