Biographical: JOE VERILLA
Joe Verilla teaches ESL (English as a Second Language) Writing to grades 9 through 12 at John F. Kennedy High School in Paterson. He has been teaching for 33 years in Paterson, with the last 13 spent at JFK. In addition to teaching writing, Verilla is the coordinator of Knight Time Poets and Meet the Author clubs at JFK. He is also the curator of an exhibit at the Paterson Museum called Larry Doby: Silk City Slugger First in the American League 60th Anniversary Tribute.
