Aths: Jury still pondering fate of Graham

SAN FRANCISCO, May 28 Reuters - The jury in the Trevor Graham case said today it had
reached a verdict on one of three counts against the former elite athletics coach but
was deadlocked on two others.
Graham, the former coach of Olympians Marion Jones, Tim Montgomery and Justin Gatlin,
is charged with lying to federal agents investigating the BALCO doping scandal.
Jurors did not indicate the verdict, but said they had reached a decision on the charge
that Graham lied when he told investigators in 2004 his last contact with Angel Heredia
was a phone call in 1997.
