Courthouse to be Priority for Construction June 18, 2008 WASHINGTON - U.S.
Senators Chuck Grassley and Tom Harkin and Congressman Dave Loebsack are
continuing their push to get a new federal courthouse in Cedar Rapids built
as quickly as possible. Grassley, Harkin and Loebsack today sent a letter
to James Duff, the director of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts,
which oversees the priority list for construction of federal courthouses,
and expressed the dire circumstances the courthouse was in. "In the past,
