The water has receded but the recovery is just beginning in Cedar Rapids. Inside the National Czech & Slovak Museum & Library in Cedar Rapids, you'll find a 400-pound chandelier made from Bohemian crystals. It escaped last week's deluge but just barely. Countless other artifacts inside were not nearly as lucky as that chandelier.
