Citychamp Dartong to Postpone Additional Issuance
FUZHOU, Jul 03, 2008 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Citychamp Dartong Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 600067), a domestic company focusing on real estate development and special enameled wire production, announces today that its additional share offering will have to be postponed, chiefly due to the continuous falling share price.
This time, the company plans to raise CNY 2 billion from its public offering of at most 120 million Chinese yuan-denominated A shares and invest in three projects. Therefore, Citychamp Dartong is required to issue more shares at not less than CNY 16.67 apiece, but it just closed at CNY 6.97 a share ...
