AS the cost of construction materials goes through the roof, developers generally have little choice but to increase the price of new offerings.
According to market sources, prices could go up to as high as 30 per cent depending on the property type. But this could create a poser: In the wake of erosion in disposable income with the rising cost of living, are buyers in a position to pay for the higher prices of property?
