Alibaba Executive to Unload Shares
HANGZHOU, Jul 08, 2008 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- News from HKex shows that Peng Yijie, vice president of Alibaba.com (01688.HK), said on June 30 that he was about to unload 240,000 shares of Alibaba.com. It would be the first cash-out of executives of the company since the end of the lock-up period in May.
Mr. Peng plans to sell the shares at HKD 10.833 apiece to cash in HKD 26 million. He would hold 0.05% of the company after the share reduction.
