Statement of Charles E. Allen Under Secretary Intelligence and Analysis
U.S. Department of Homeland Security Committee on Senate Homeland Security
and Governmental Affairs July 23, 2008 Thank you, Chairman Lieberman, Ranking
Member Collins, and Members of the Committee for the invitation to appear
today. I know that information sharing has long been of special interest
to this Congress and that your Committee played an integral role in directing
the President to create an Information Sharing Environment for the sharing
of terrorism information as part of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism
Prevention Act of 2004 (Intelligence Reform Act). So, I am pleased to ...
