Statement of Tim Johnson Committee on Senate Banking, Housing and Urban
Affairs July 29, 2008 Chairman Dodd, Ranking Member Shelby, thank you very
much for holding today`s hearing on `` The State of the Insurance Industry:
Examining the Current Regulatory and Oversight Structure .`` For most of
