Eying Expansion, Hefei Department Store to Form JV in Liuan
SHENZHEN, Aug 08, 2008 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Hefei Department Store Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 000417) announces on August 7 that it will set up a department store-operating joint venture in Liuan City, Anhui Province, in cooperation with Anhui Jinshangdu Trading Co., Ltd. with a total investment of CNY 10 million.
The two sides inked an agreement on August 6, under which the Shenzhen-listed department store operator and its partner will respectively inject CNY 5.1 million and CNY 4.9 million into the venture in cash, getting 51% and 49% of the company. The venture will run a department store in one ...
