Sitt Tatt to stay listed after takeover offer

SITT Tatt Bhd, a semiconductor company, will remain listed on Bursa Malaysia after a takeover offer by its major owner this year.

Tan Sri Dr Mohan Swamy, a key shareholder, had in February this year announced a RM249.68 million takeover offer for both Sitt Tatt and Chase Perdana Bhd, another company which he owns a major stake in.
The offer, made via Empire Holdings Ltd, was 60 sen each for Sitt Tatt shares and 60 sen each for Chase Perdana shares.
