With polls showing the two major-party presidential candidates in a tight race, we can't predict who will win in November. We can be fairly certain, though, that no matter the outcome, there will be disturbing charges of voter fraud and ballot tampering.
Those charges plagued the election results from the pivotal state of Ohio four years ago, and history will of course long remember the hanging chads that raised questions about Florida's results ...
