Committee on House Natural Resources Subcommittee on Insular Affairs September
18, 2008 Honorable Madame Chairperson Donna Christensen and illustrious
members of the Subcommittee on Insular Affairs, I wish to convey to you
greetings from the members of the House of Representatives. Opportunities
of this nature are very rare indeed so I am certainly honored to have been
extended the invitation to appear before this Subcommittee to present testimony
on the issue of federal court presence in the Territory of American Samoa.
