morning, Mr. Chairman and members of the Committee. I very much appreciate
the opportunity to speak with you and the Committee today about retiree
health benefits. I am Senior Vice President and Director of Government
Affairs of Aon Consulting, a leading human capital and management consulting
firm. I am appearing today on behalf of The ERISA Industry Committee, also
known as ``ERIC.`` I am also a member of ERIC`s Executive Committee and
