SECRETARY GUTIERREZ DELIVERS REMARKS AT THE JOHN F. KENNEDY
SCHOOL OF GOVERNMENT AT HARVARD UNIVERSITY, CAMBRIDGE,
MASSACHUSETTS, AS RELEASED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE
SEPTEMBER 22, 2008
SPEAKER: SECRETARY OF COMMERCE CARLOS GUTIERREZ
