SEGi appoints Megat as new chairman

ONE of the country's largest private education groups, SEG International Bhd (SEGi) has appointed Tan Sri Megat Najmuddin as its new chairman, replacing Datuk Pahamin Rajab.

Megat is a prominent corporate leader and politician, who had served as Selangor assemblyman.
He is chairman of four public-listed companies - Tradewinds Corporation Bhd, Asian Pac Holdings Bhd, Formis Resources Bhd and MajuPerak Holdings Bhd. He also sits on the boards of Dialog Group Bhd and Salcon Bhd.
