FED: Shultz says he feels threatened after Stoner statement

CANBERRA, Oct 22 AAP - Federal Liberal MP Alby Schultz says he feels under threat after
a NSW Nationals politician said he should be taken out and shot.

Mr Schultz has called for the comment, made by NSW Nationals leader Andrew Stoner,
to be investigated.

Mr Stoner is angry with Mr Schultz for campaigning against the Nationals in the Port
Macquarie by-election last weekend.

He has called for Mr Schultz to be disciplined, and suggested he be taken outside,
blindfolded and shot.

Mr Schultz today asked the House of Representatives to investigate the comment.
