China Life Insurance to Add Investment in Subsidiary
BEIJING, Oct 29, 2008 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 601628) and its parent named China Life Insurance (Group) Company plan to enlarge the capital of China Life Insurance Asset Management Co., Ltd.
Presently, China Life Insurance Asset Management has a registered capital of CNY 1 billion, with a 60% stake and a 40% stake held by China Life insurance Co., Ltd. and China Life Insurance Group, respectively, which will add investments in the asset management company in accordance with their shareholding proportion.
