NBA preview: 76ers, Blazers and Bucks will make some noise

After a busy off-season that featured eight coaching changes including ex-Knicks coach Larry Brown taking over in Charlotte more than 10 players spurning the U.S. dollar for the mightier Euro and several All-Stars changing addresses, the NBA season begins tonight with both of last year's finalists in action.

The Celtics will raise championship banner No. 17 before facing LeBron James and the Cavaliers to tip off the NBA's 63rd season.
