Rupert Lewis called his St. Joseph's College field hockey players into the office one-by-one over the course of the day Wednesday.
The Monks are competing for the school's first North Atlantic Conference championship on Saturday at Castleton State in Vermont, and the coach wanted to stress the significance of the moment.
It's a big one: the winner of the NAC earns an automatic bid to the NCAA Division III tournament.
