Jinjian Cereals to Sell 20% Stake in Wuling Wine
CHANGDE, Dec 04, 2008 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- Hunan Jinjian Cereals Industry Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 600127) said yesterday that it planned to sell all its 20% stake in Hunan Wuling Wine Co., Ltd. to Hunan Wuling Commercial Trading Co., Ltd. for CNY 4.5 million, in a bid to focus on developing its major business, under a recent agreement.
