CNR to Create Dalian Locomotive Manufacturing Base

DALIAN, Dec 05, 2008 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- China Northern Locomotive & Rolling Stock Industry (Group) Corporation (CNR) intends to spend CNY 8 billion building China's biggest locomotive and dynamic machinery R&D and manufacturing base in the northeastern Chinese city of Dalian, Liaoning Province.
