In March, the owner of an office building overlooking the Willowbrook Mall was looking for new tenants. Brokers for the six-story property touted its location along Route 80 in Wayne, responsive management and recent upgrades to its roof, lobby and security system. A press release announced "great interest" from prospective tenants and boasted "rapid progress."
