3Com Corp. has announced that the company's Board of Directors has elected David H.Y. Ho, the former Chairman of the Greater China Region for Nokia Siemens Networks, to serve as a Class I director, effective December 10.
Ho, the eighth member of the 3Com Board of Directors, is an "independent" director.
