Soc: Victory knocks Adelaide off top spot =2

Adelaide coach Aurelio Vidmar was highly critical of his team's performance, saying
most players did not put in hard enough and they were lucky not to lose by more.

"We certainly had no aggression, no desperation, not much at all," Vidmar said.

"I think it was only a handful of players who could have come off that pitch tonight
and said they gave everything they possibly could."

He said their crammed schedule of matches, after having games postponed during their
strong Asian Champions League and Club World Cup campaigns, was no excuse.
