Tudou.com in Legal Troubles

BEIJING, Jan 19, 2009 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- Leading Chinese online video website Tudou.com is expected to face lawsuits from an anti-pirate alliance among about eighty video copyright owners, which are collecting evidence for the accusation, citing a report.

The members of the alliance include Beijing Polybona Film Distribution Co., Ltd., Orange Sky Entertainment Group (International) Holdings Ltd., Shanghai SFG-Emperor Cultural Development Co., Ltd., the movie makers and distributors.

The alliance has a special member named Joy.cn, anther online video website much smaller than Tudou.com. And it seems leading the ...
