SHUSTER: Joining us now is President Obama's budget director,
Peter Orszag. His formal title is actually Director of the Office of Management
and Budget.
And Peter, thanks for joining us.
ORSZAG: Thanks for having me.
SHUSTER: I want to get to the Republican complaint in a moment.
But first, you said in a letter last week to lawmakers the administration
was "committed to having at least 75 percent of the stimulus funneled into
