let's bring in Senator Kent Conrad, Democrat from North Dakota and chairman
of the Budget Committee.
Senator, first of all, what are the prospects for severe dramatic
changes when this does go to the Senate?
CONRAD: I think you will see changes. We have already seen
changes in the action of the Finance Committee last night in its markup.
