Cheung Kong Ready to Construct Shanghai Project
SHANGHAI, Feb 20, 2009 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- Cheung Kong (Holdings) Ltd. (SEHK: 0001), the flagship property vehicle of Hong Kong billionaire Li Ka-shing, is to kick off the construction of its largest mainland property project in Shanghai, said sources familiar with the situation.
The project, located on core A3-A6 land plots of Zhenru Auxiliary Urban Center, Putuo District, covers about 1 million square meters, in which a 280 meter-high building will be built.
