Southwest Securities Realizes Backdoor Listing

CHONGQING, Feb 24, 2009 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- Southwest Securities Co., Ltd. conducted a backdoor listing via Chongqing Changjiang River Water Transport Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 600369).

The shell company announced recently that it on February 17 changed the corporate name, legal representative and registered capital with approval from concerned authority. It was renamed Southwest Securities Co., Ltd. with registered capital reaching about CNY 1.9 billion and legal representative becoming Wang Zhulin, president of the former Southwest Securities.
