PetroChina Nanchong Factory to Start Energy-Saving Ungrade

BEIJING, Feb 25, 2009 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- Nanchong Oil Refining & Chemical General Factory is to conduct a round of energy-saving improvement on its heavy oil catalytic cracking system, its controller PetroChina Co., Ltd. (SEHK: 0857) announced lately.

With investment of more than CNY 90 million, the project will help cut the system's stand fuel consumption from 87.77-kilogram oil equivalent per ton to 65.42KG oil equivalent per ton.
