Real estate agents pulling up stakes -- Slump forces many to leave the business

Ryan Podsada of Emerson got his real estate agent's license about a year ago, thinking the field would be a good fit because he likes to work with people.
But in the worst housing slump in decades, Podsada, 23, didn't make a single sale last year. He decided to step back, at least for now becoming one of thousands of agents nationwide leaving real estate jobs because it has become so difficult to make commissions.
