Aegis Lightwave Buys AOFR

Aegis Lightwave, a provider of optical monitoring solutions for the fiber-optics communications industry, announced the acquisition of AOFR, a subsidiary of Arasor International and a supplier of fused fiber couplers for the communications, test equipment, industrial, sensing, military and aerospace markets.
AOFR is headquartered in Canberra, Australia and will continue to sell products under its own brand identity.
