Subcommittee on Military Personnel March 06, 2009 Introduction Chairwoman
Davis, Ranking Member Wilson, and members of the subcommittee, thank you
for the opportunity to speak with you again. Today our focus is sexual
assault prevention, something we can all agree is vitally important. I
have worked closely with some of the members of the committee and their
