Subcommittee on Military Personnel March 06, 2009 Introduction: Chairman
Davis, Representative Wilson and subcommittee members, I greatly appreciate
the opportunity to share with you my perspective on the Navy's efforts
to prevent sexual assault. I thank you for your leadership and attention
to this vital issue and for your support to our Sailors and families and
