An Analysis on China Banks' Credit Structure

BEIJING, Mar 18, 2009 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- China's credit loans surged CNY 1.07 trillion in February after a record increase of CNY 1.6 trillion in January, and there may be problems in banks' credit structure, according to the latest analysis about 14 commercial banks' credit loans data.

Fourteen banks granted CNY 4.52 trillion credit lines in the first two months of 2009 including CNY 3.49 trillion ones to local governments and CNY 1.06 trillion to large infrastructure projects and big companies.
