on House Education and Labor Subcommittee on Early Childhood, Elementary
and Secondary Education March 19, 2009 Chairman Kildee, Ranking Member

I am President of Child Care Services Association, a private nonprofit
agency located in North Carolina that has been working every day for the
last 35 years to ensure access to high quality, affordable child care.
