300 gamers out to break record

KUALA LUMPUR: The game is on since 12.01am today and the aim is to place Malaysia's name in the Guinness Book of World Records.

The 300 young gamers, aged 19 to 25, will be playing video games non-stop at the Multimedia University in Cyberjaya until 2pm tomorrow by which time they would have played 38 hours.
The world record for the longest LAN party was set in August last year in California, where 203 youngsters played video games non- stop for 36 hours.
