CHIEF executive Adinan Maning, who has been at the helm of Bank Simpanan Nasional for 14 months, wants the bank to have a more human touch.

Adinan, who has been in the banking industry for two decades, strongly believes that this is essential for customer service. Bank Simpanan has more than seven million customers.
The bank has stepped up training for its 5,200 workforce to inject the "soft skills" needed when dealing with customers.
