Introduction Chairman Gordon, Ranking Member Hall, and members of the Committee,
thank you for inviting me to testify about monitoring, measurement and
verification of greenhouse gas emissions. I am Dina Kruger, Director of
EPA`s Climate Change Division. Today my testimony will focus on what data
EPA already collects under existing regulatory programs; EPA`s proposed
Mandatory Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule; as well as international reporting
