DEBT-ridden technology company Lityan Holdings Bhd aims to complete a restructuring exercise by the year end, enabling it to emerge debt-free and shake off its PN17 troubled status.

The company, which counts pilgrim fund Lembaga Tabung Haji and the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) as its biggest shareholders, also expects to start showing profits in the final quarter, group managing director and chief executive officer Nor Badli Munawir Lafti said.
