SHARE prices on Bursa Malaysia consolidated their recent gains last week. The

Kuala Lumpur Composite Index (KLCI) continued to stay above its major psychological support of 1,000 points when it closed at 1,014.21 on Friday.
The KLCI fell back from its intra-week high of 1,034.37 on Monday before hitting to its intra-week low of 1,011.99 on Thursday, giving an intra-week trading range of 22.38 points.

The KLCI drifted lower to close at 1,014.21 on Friday, giving a week-on-week loss of 12.57 points, or 1.22 per cent.
